Our service will be tailored to your needs. We can simply provide you a preferred list of trades or arrange full project management.  

Quay Pacific also owns and operates an in house maintenance division, called Essential Building Services. This assures our clients the quickest and most economic turn around for most routine maintenance needs. Of course if you have a preferred contractor we are pleased to work with them. If you would like to source outside contractors, we are pleased to assist in that as well.

Quay Pacific’s maintenance division provides: janitorial, minor interior and exterior repairs, minor plumbing and electrical, painting, landscaping and general handy man services. You don’t have to be a Quay Pacific client to use our maintenance and repair services.
