Linda brings 30+ years of management & accounting experience to her role as Accounting Manager. She has worked in various industries, such as hotel management, public accounting, property management & personal development. Linda specializes in making sense out of the chaos. She is successful at building teams and training individuals to be their best. Linda loves to learn & is continuously upgrading her skills.
Jessica established & manages a growing Admin Department and is a member of Quay Pacific’s Leadership Team. As Administration Manager, she trains, mentors & guides the Admin staff and oversees day-to-day internal operations. She believes in a hands-on, collaborative approach to addressing challenges. Jessica brings a dedication to excellence & continual improvements. She holds a B.A.(Hons) from UBC.
Joanna graduated from Kwantlen Polytechnic University with a bachelor degree in Human Resource Management and has a strong background in Business Administration. She has over 18 years of experience in customer service, 7 of which being spent in the property management industry thus far. She is always enthusiastic towards the duties given to her and tackles them with professionalism.
John has a degree of Business Management from Indiana University. In 2000, John developed his own specialized real estate acquisition software. He went on to create the Golden Gate Group, a real estate investment syndication. John brings to Quay Pacific a desire to deliver uncompromising client service by using innovative technologies and old fashioned know-how.
James has an engineering background, holding a B.Sc. in Mechanical Eng. from Seoul National University and Ph.D. in Electrical Eng. from Northwestern University. He has experience as a residential appraiser, mortgage broker & financial planner. He holds multiple licenses (Rental, Strata & Associate Broker). James is involved in building up the commercial strata & rental portfolio and oversees the Rental Department.
Jamal is a self-driven & enthusiastic individual. Jamal holds licenses for Rental & Strata Management. As a motivated individual, he strives to excel in every task given to him and is a team player. Jamal has experience managing rental properties and various strata corporations such as low-rise buildings, high-rise buildings & townhomes. In his spare time, he enjoys being in the outdoors with family & friends.
Tommy has a Bachelor's degree in Science in Agriculture (Economics Major) from UBC and a Diploma in Marketing from Kwantlen Polytechnic University. Throughout his career, he has accumulated years of knowledge and experience in inventory management, purchasing & customer service. He has been involved in private rental properties for a number of years before transitioning to licensed strata management.
Danny completed the Commercial Real Estate program at BCIT and immediately ventured into Property Management. With close to 20 years’ experience, Danny brings knowledge, mentorship & a positive attitude to Quay Pacific. He is an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who strives to provide excellent customer service. Danny is dually licensed, holding designations as a Strata and Rental Manager.
Rob holds Strata and Rental Property Management licenses from UBC. Rob has managed buildings ranging from 20-unit town homes to 300-unit high rises. With years of experience in many fields, Rob is considered a mentor for aspiring managers. Rob is well versed in all aspects of the Strata Property Act and other statutes. He brings enthusiasm, exceptional client service, and integrity to Quay Pacific.
Anton has a diploma in Marketing Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. He comes to Quay Pacific with experience in sales, marketing, and customer service. Anton’s interest in Strata Management was nurtured by serving on the Strata Council where he lives. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his young family.
Cyrille holds a B.Sc. in International Business Management from Manila, Philippines. Starting in the industry as a building manager before obtaining his license for Strata Management, Cyrille brings experience on how to personally manage a property. His approach to management is providing exceptional service by guiding Councils through best practices & ensuring each strata's investments are cared for.
Jeff’s interest in property management began while serving as Treasurer in his own Strata. His involvement on a Strata Council led him to obtain his license for Strata Management and join Quay Pacific. He studied business & economics in the process of completing a B.A. from SFU, as well as numerous courses in crisis management. Jeff excels at conflict resolution & finding creative solutions to difficult problems.
Jack Foo graduated from University of Winnipeg, Manitoba with a background in Economics and Business Studies. He has been in property management for more than 20 years. Jack brings knowledge in capital planning, project management, new construction development and contract negotiations. Jack is also deeply interested in green sustainable resources and maintaining a healthy and balanced life style.
Joan comes to Quay Pacific Property Management with 25 plus years in Property Management, 20 of which were in Strata Management. Joan has assisted Strata Councils and owners through building envelope remediations, elevator modernization upgrades and re piping projects. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time at her "get-away" near Mt. Baker and golfing.
With over 18 years of property management experience, Louise became interested in managing properties after extensive volunteer work at Still Creek Housing Co-op and her Strata Council. Louise loves music, cooking and keeping her garden in top shape.
Since 2007, Leesa has been involved in strata management, personal property portfolio management, and public sector housing. Leesa has demonstrated strengths with problem solving, efficiency, organization and communication. When Leesa takes a break, she can be found volunteering, out walking her pug-dog or strumming a few easy chords on the guitar.
Constantin holds a B.A. from University of Oradea in Romania. He has been in Property Mgmt. since 2007 with a focus on Strata Management. His approach to management is to provide leadership & foster relationships by establishing a strong rapport with Councils, Owners/Residents & contractors. He previously served 15 years in the military as a Non-Commissioned Officer, working in a variety of roles.
Leslie has been in property management for 17+ years, first on Council in a strata that was periodically self-managed, then as a licensee. As a Strata Manager, she specializes in new construction projects, sections & larger, high rental strata. Leslie serves as Vice President on the Board of Directors for PAMA & on the Education Committee. She instructs various property management courses at Langara College.
After many years as an Accountant, Maria transitioned in to a career in construction and building management and eventually to property management. Maria has been a Property/Strata Manager since 1999. Maria has lived in stratas and served on Strata Councils for more than a decade. She feels the insight gleaned from personal experience has allowed her to see the business of strata management from the client’s perspective.
Cristian holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Bucharest, Romania. Having previously worked in sales and manufacturing, Cristian brings several years of customer service experience to his position as a licensed Strata Manager. When not assisting his clients with their property management needs, Cristian enjoys instructing (Vancouver Chess School) young people in the finer art of playing chess.
Fernanda brings over 17 years of property management experience to Quay Pacific. Fernanda has managed a variety of strata corporations including sections and new construction. She also brings knowledge in re-piping and building remediation projects. In her spare time, she enjoys long walks and painting.
John's knowledge in construction & building maintenance provides the backdrop for his role as a Strata Manager. His previous experience managing major building systems such as HVAC, plumbing & general maintenance provides John with the insight often needed when considering building expenses. John’s off work hours are often spent with his family and on household projects.
Drew is a graduate of Concordia University with a Bachelor Degree in Administrative Management & Marketing. Drew's career in Strata Property Management spans over 20 years. He has knowledge and experience in key areas such as Budgeting and Planning, Project Management, Contract Negotiation, Training & Development. Drew enjoys playing guitar, time with family, including his two Airedale Terriers.
Dan has been in the real estate industry since 1986. He founded Quay Pacific Property Management in 1998. Dan has served on community and business boards such as the New Westminster BIA and the Westwood Plateau Community Association. He has been effectively steering the committee of local residents towards growth and sustainability.
Geoffrey has a background in Conflict Resolution training from JI, BC, a BA from SFU, Certificate in Telecommunication management, & holds multiple licenses from UBC (Rental, Strata, Trading Services, and Managing Brokers). He's knowledgeable & well versed with the Strata Property Act, Residential Tenancy Act, and new building development. Over the past 11 years, he has managed numerous portfolios in Vancouver BC.
Adam has a background in business & accounting from BCIT & UBC. As an energetic individual who started in the commercial industry as a Rental Manager, he worked his way to also become a Strata Manager, and Managing Broker. Over the past 15 years, he has managed numerous portfolios ranging from a mixture of high-rise Residential and Commercial buildings, low-rise buildings, houses and townhouses.
