Quay Pacific’s Vancouver, New Westminster and Langley offices are OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
As we open to the public, we are taking precautions to ensure the safety of our staff and clients and to reduce the risk of viral spread and infection:
Only two (2) people at time may enter the reception area of each office location to ensure physical distancing.
Anyone who shows symptoms of COVID-19 is prohibited from entering the office.
Quay Pacific washrooms are closed to the general public.
Meeting rooms are closed for all client meetings, Council meetings, general meetings, and rental appointments.
Promoting increased hand washing & sanitizing.
Promoting general health practices such as covering mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing, avoiding touching face (eyes, nose & mouth), and avoiding others who are ill.
Enforcing physical distancing with changes to staff seating and staff interaction.
Partial staff working from home to limit the number of people in the office and to ensure appropriate physical distancing.
Changes to work schedules with some staff working in the evenings to reduce the number of people in the office at a time.
Limiting the number of occupants in shared spaces and meeting rooms to ensure physical distancing.
Encouraging as much electronic communication as possible among staff to reduce any unnecessary face-to-face contact.
Cleaning and sanitizing of the office multiple times per day, particularly heavy traffic surfaces and touch points.
We will continue to monitor the situation and make changes to our policies and procedures as necessary to ensure the health and safety of our staff and clients.
