Order Strata Documents
IMPORTANT - We have changed the Order Documents System so please review the following information before proceeding to request and submit the Form Request:
- Please note that **CUT OFF TIME IS 12 NOON** and any form requests received after this time will not be processed until the next business day. Form requests are not accepted or processed on weekends and holidays.
- Please note that Strata Information and Undertaking Request and/or Strata Documents will be provided on the selected date as indicated on your form request. If you do not add any associated rush fee, this will be the standard 7 business days. NOTE: The Strata Information and Undertaking Request will not be provided ahead of time from the noted completion date; therefore, please choose the date correctly on the form request to reflect the date you wish to receive the Strata Information and Undertaking Request and/or Strata Documents on.
- Cancellations must be made in writing to email@example.com within 24 hours of placement of order or full charges will apply. This applies to all form request from Owners, Realtors, Lawyers, and Notaries.
- A sectioned Strata Corporation will be required to obtain, receive, and be charged for two (2) Form B and two (2) Form F. Sectioned Strata Rules and Regulations – www.recbc.ca
- Please be advised that you will receive an automatic email reply from Quay Pacific showing the order number and documents ordered to the email address indicated on the form request once the form request is completed submitted. If you do not receive an automatic email reply with the order number, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to follow-up.
- Please enter "N/A or Unknown" in the required fields if you do not have the information for a particular required field.
- Please ensure that the credit card information is inputted correctly for the payment to be processed and the form request to be submitted. If an error occurs during this step, please select “Exact Cash/Cheque on Pickup” so that the form request can be submitted. The Forms Department will contact you accordingly to process the payment manually.
