Order Strata Documents
IMPORTANT - We have changed the Order Documents System so please review the following information before proceeding to request and submit the Form Request:
- Please note that **CUT OFF TIME IS 12 NOON** and any form requests received after this time will not be processed until the next business day. Form requests are not accepted or processed on weekends and holidays.
- Please note that Strata Information and Undertaking Request and/or Strata Documents will be provided on the selected date as indicated on your form request. If you do not add any rush fee, this will be the standard 7 days. Please choose the date correctly on the form request as Strata Information and Undertaking Request will not be provided ahead of time.
- Please be advised that you will receive an automatic email reply from Quay Pacific to the email address indicated on the form request once the form request is submitted.
- Please enter “N/A or Unknown” in the required fields if you do not have the information for a particular required field.
- Please ensure that the credit card information is inputted correctly for the payment to be processed and the form request to be submitted. If an error occurs during this step, please select “Exact Cash/Cheque on Pickup” so that the form request can be submitted. The Forms Department will contact you accordingly to process the payment manually.
